This Refund Policy outlines the terms for consultation fees at Dr. Mishra's Homeotaj Clinic. All consultation fees once paid are generally non-refundable. However, if a patient cancels the appointment at least 7 days (1 week) before the scheduled appointment date, they may be eligible for a refund, subject to approval by the clinic. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the appointment or missed appointments will not be eligible for any refund. In case the appointment is canceled by the clinic due to unavoidable circumstances, the patient may be offered a rescheduled appointment or a refund.
